This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to ASIN Analyzer, provided by C. Dzembo Enterprises LLC.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with ASIN Analyzer for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date.

How to Request a Refund

Our payments are processed by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all ASIN Analyzer orders. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and locate the transaction using the email address used at checkout, or
  • Contact us at support@asinanalyzer.com and we will assist you with the refund through Paddle.

Renewals

Subscription renewals after the initial 30-day period are generally non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or through Paddle to prevent future renewals. If a renewal was charged due to a technical error or unauthorized access, please contact us promptly and we will work with you in good faith.

Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that appear abusive, including repeated refund-and-resubscribe patterns or violations of our Terms.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
