Privacy Notice

Last updated: June 1, 2026

This Privacy Notice describes how C. Dzembo Enterprises LLC ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use ASIN Analyzer (the "Service"). We act as the data controller of personal information processed in connection with the Service.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information — name, email address, hashed password, and account preferences you provide when signing up.
  • Subscription & billing data — plan tier, subscription status, and billing-related identifiers. Payment card numbers are collected and stored by our payment processor, Paddle; we do not see or store full card details.
  • Usage data — ASINs you submit, analysis results, request counts, and feature usage, used to deliver and improve the Service and enforce quotas.
  • Device & technical data — IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and approximate location derived from IP, used for security, fraud prevention, and analytics.
  • Support communications — messages you send to support and our responses.
  • Cookies & similar technologies — essential cookies for authentication and session management; limited analytics cookies (see Cookies below).

2. How We Use Information

  • To create and operate your account and deliver the Service;
  • To process subscriptions and prevent payment fraud;
  • To enforce usage quotas, device limits, and acceptable-use rules;
  • To provide customer support;
  • To improve, debug, and secure the Service;
  • To send transactional emails (receipts, security alerts, service notices);
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

3. Legal Bases (where applicable)

Where required by law, we rely on: performance of a contract with you (delivering the Service and processing payments), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, improving the product), consent (for non-essential cookies and marketing communications, where applicable), and compliance with legal obligations (tax, accounting, law enforcement requests).

4. How We Share Information

We share personal information with the following categories of recipients:

  • Paddle — our Merchant of Record, which processes payments, handles subscription management, calculates and remits sales tax/VAT, and issues invoices and refunds.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers — cloud hosting, database, authentication, and email delivery providers that store and process data on our behalf under written contracts.
  • Analytics and error-monitoring tools — to understand usage patterns and diagnose issues.
  • Professional advisers — legal, accounting, and tax advisers, when necessary.
  • Authorities — where required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
  • Successors — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Billing records are retained as required by applicable tax and accounting law (typically 7 years in the U.S.). When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

6. Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege service credentials. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent. U.S. state residents (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Utah) have specific rights under applicable state privacy laws, including the right to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising). To exercise your rights, email support@asinanalyzer.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may also appeal a decision by replying to our response.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. International Transfers

We are based in the United States and process data there. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries where our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your country.

10. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for the Service to function (authentication, session, security). We may also use limited analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
